4WS Cart with Spring Casters This cart is designed with vibration considerations in mind. ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ To minimize vibration transmission while moving measuring instruments within the facility, it uses spring casters and zero-pressure hollow tires. ■ Four spring casters are linked to create a 4WS mechanism, accommodating narrow passageways within the facility. ■ The tires (wheels) use zero-pressure tires, which provide better cushioning than solid rubber wheels. ■ The cushioning mechanism (spring) absorbs vibrations and shocks on rough surfaces, reducing scratches and noise during product transport. ■ Starting resistance is also reduced, allowing for smooth movement. ■ The casters use coil spring caster 150J-ZERO-Y, with a relatively soft type of spring selected. ■ For more details, please contact us.
